Eligibility Criteria

1. PRE-NURSERY : 2+ YEARS (DOB from 01-04-2023 to 31-03-2024)
2. NURSERY  : 3 + YEARS (DOB from 01-04-2022 to 31-03-2023)
3. LKG.  : 4+ YEARS  (DOB from 01-04-2021 to 31-03-2022)
4. U.KG. : 5+ YEARS  (DOB from 01-04-2020 to 31-03-2021)
5. Class I : 6+ YEARS  (DOB from 01-04-2019 to 31-03-2020)
6. Class II : 7+ YEARS  (DOB from 01-04-2018 to 31-03-2019)
7. Class III : 8+ YEARS  (DOB from 01-04-2017 to 31-03-2018)
8. Class IV : 9+ YEARS  (DOB from 01-04-2016 to 31-03-2017)
9. Class V : 10+ YEARS  (DOB from 01-04-2015 to 31-03-2016)
9. Class VI : 11+ YEARS  (DOB from 01-04-2014 to 31-03-2015)
10. Class VII : 12+ YEARS  (DOB from 01-04-2013 to 31-03-2014)
11. Class VIII : 13+ YEARS  (DOB from 01-04-2012 to 31-03-2013)

 

DOCUMENTS TO BE SCANNED AND UPLOADED ALONG WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM

1. Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation/Municipality or any other competent authority. (Affidavit or Hospital Certificate will not be accepted. 

2. Residence Proof. (Rent Deed, Registration of the House, Electricity/Telephone Bill /Passport /Lease Deed / Electoral Card/ Aadhar Card/ Driving License etc.)

3. PASSPORT Size Photos of Both parents (1 each) 

4. Combined postcard size Family Photograph 

5. Passport size photograph of the candidate 

6. Medical Certificate (Original), Immunisation Certificate/Card of the Child.

7. Aadhar Card copy of the parents and Child need to be produced at the time of parental interaction

8. SC/ST/OBC Certificate of the child/Father (if applicable). 

Note:1. Admission to L.KG. ,U.KG.  and Class I onwards, will include a written  examination (Eng., Hindi.,Maths (Science from Class VI, onwards based on the syllabus of the previous class.
2. The decision of the concerned authorities regarding admission will be final and binding.
